By purchasing a subscription box from Artful you're agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Artful boxes are sent out on a quarterly basis. We aim to dispatch your box within 10 working days of renewal/payment. The lead months are; March, June, September and December. Once your order leaves our warehouse it is subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here.
Please note, these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.
Subscription Cut Off Window
We’re expecting to sell out each quarter, so remember to subscribe as early as possible to receive the current quarter’s Artful box. The cut off for each quarter is the last day of the end month (31st May, 31st August, 30th November, 28th February).
Your payment method will be billed automatically on your date of purchase and recurring charges will occur on the 3rd of the lead month of each quarter thereafter. If purchasing an annual subscription, your recurring payment will be taken every 12 months on the lead month of the quarter you’re set to renew within. By subscribing you are agreeing that Artful can debit your account with the agreed quarterly or annual figure on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled by you.
All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (Quarterly/Annually), unless you're signing up for a gift subscription.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods
The shipping estimates on site provide the average agreed SLA with our delivery partners. Your order may arrive quicker or in some instances take longer to arrive. If a box ever fails to arrive, arrives damaged or something is missing, please notify our Customer Care team who will be happy to help resolve the matter.
Very occasionally, box content may vary due to outside factors. If it becomes necessary to change the content, we will notify you via email first.
We make cancelling easy. No one wants to feel tied into something so we give you the option to skip a box or cancel your subscription directly in your online account. No awkward conversation and no hard-sell.
That being said, we do care that you might be considering leaving us so if you're having a problem with your subscription please do reach out to our lovely 5 star rated customer care team. They're great at problem solving and are available via email, live chat and telephone 5 days a week!
Some important info to bear in mind;
- There are 4 lead months per year. The lead month is when a new box is released. They are March, June, September and December.
- Quarterly subscriptions. Your account will be debited on the 3rd day each lead month. If you're a quarterly customer cancelling your subscription, doing so will stop further boxes being shipped unless you cancel on or after the 3rd of the lead month. At that point, the subscription will be charged and the box shipped. The cancellation will ensure that you are not charged or sent further boxes going forward.
- Annual subscriptions. The annual subscription is a great way to make a saving on Artful. You pay for the year upfront and will receive 4 boxes over the period of 12 months. This subscription can be cancelled at any point to stop it renewing for a further 12 months. If you cancel the subscription before you've received all 4 boxes, you will still receive every box that you pre-paid for.
Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days. The 14 day period begins the day after you receive your order. If you would like to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our team will first log your request and then advise you to follow the returns procedure to ensure you are credited the full purchase price upon return of the first box.
Art is subjective by nature and therefore, box themes won't always be to your taste. With that in mind, you can return that box and swap it for a different one! All we ask is that the box is unopened and as new, and that you return the box within 30 days. Please follow our returns procedure.
