By purchasing a subscription box from Artful you're agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Artful boxes are sent out on a quarterly basis. We aim to dispatch all boxes within 7 working days of the lead month each quarter (March, June, September, December), but this can change dependent on volume. If you’re ordering the current quarter’s box after the 10th working day of the lead month, we aim to dispatch boxes within 3-5 working days. Once boxes leave our warehouse they are subject to our shipping estimates which can be found here. Please note, these are only estimates and deliveries may take longer than advertised.
Subscription Cut Off Window
We’re expecting to sell out each quarter, so remember to subscribe as early as possible to receive the current quarter’s Artful box. The cut off for each quarter is the last day of the end month (31st May, 31st August, 30th November, 28th February).
Your payment method will be billed automatically on your date of purchase and recurring charges will occur on the 3rd of the lead month of each quarter thereafter. If purchasing an annual subscription, your recurring payment will be taken every 12 months on the lead month of the quarter you’re set to renew within.
All subscriptions will automatically renew by default (quarterly & annually), unless you're signing up for a gift subscription. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and prevent from renewing by following our cancellation procedure before the cut-off windows for the next box is met.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods
Remember the shipping estimates on-site are suggested ‘estimates’. The arrival of your box may extend outside of the window we provide; this can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box never arrives, arrives damaged, or has items missing, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the situation.
Sometimes, the contents of the boxes can vary due to demand. This happens very rarely, but when it does, we just like to look at the few that get effected as being unique!
We’d be sad to see you go! If there’s anything we can do to help resolve any issue or concern you’ve had regarding your Artful box, our customer service team are always happy to help and available Monday to Friday.
If you'd still like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting email@example.com with the subject header "I'd like to cancel my subscription". If you would like a refund with your cancellation this must be mentioned in your email or raised when phoning up as cancellations do not automatically administer refunds.
We're working towards providing the ability to cancel your subscription within your account which will be coming very soon after the launch of Artful.
Certain boxes aren’t to everyone’s liking and circumstances can change that mean you want your money back. Well don’t worry, you have 30 days from when your box is delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the box must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. You must follow our returns procedure.
